1) Post or Distribute Flyers

2) Become a Sponsor

There are 4 levels of sponsorship based on the value of the cash (or product) donation.

• General (up to$125 Non-Profits & Chamber Members/up to $350 Others) - thanked and listed as a sponsor at the event
• Bronze ($125 Non-Profits & Chamber Members/$350 Others) - general benefits + name listed on all event advertising
• Silver ($250 Non-Profits & Chamber Members/$500 Others) - general benefits + name more prominently listed on all event advertising
• Gold ($500 & above Non-Profits & Chamber Members/$700 & above Others) - general benefits + entitles you to your logo on all event advertising

How funds are used:

• Every child, of all ages, attending the festival receives a free book.
• Free fingerprint ID kits distributed by local law enforcement to parents at the festival
• Other Festival costs

3) Participate - Children's Festival

Have an 8x10 booth. Meet and play with families in our community.

Participant requirements:

• MUST have free activity for children under 5 (be prepared for 500+ children)
  (See examples - 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009)
• MUST staff the booth
• Consider handing out parent information, advertising flyers, coupons, other giveaways and/or having a free raffle to promote your goods or services.

Participant items of note:

• Table and two chairs available for $15. Contact Chamber, 970-587-7042, for these table reservations - Or provide your own
• Set up Friday April 23, 5:00pm-7:00pm and tear down immediately after event

4) Participate - Business Expo

Again this year our Children’s Festival is co-hosted by the Johnstown-Milliken Chamber of Commerce and their Business Expo. The Business Expo will specifically promote local businesses. They are also planning a "Taste of Johnstown Milliken" by inviting local restaurants to offer good deals on food. Please contact the Chamber for details on participating in the Business Expo.

5) Provide Entertainment

Another event this year will be local entertainment. The festival is an opportunity to showcase growing talents.
