 Rules
Pictures:
- Must include a child age 0-5. Preferably one who lives in Johnstown or Milliken
- Child participating in seasonal and/or educational activity is strongly encouraged
- Must have consent from the child’s parent/guardian(s)
- Copy written pictures (including portrait studio pictures) will not be accepted without properly document permissions
Who can submit entries:
- Parents
- Preschools
- Any attendee of the Johnstown Milliken Early Childhood Council
- Participants/Donors to the Johnstown Milliken Children’s Festivals
Enter your photo
There are 3 ways to submit your photo for consideration:
- SEND IT - Print the
 entry form and mail it with a copy of your picture.
- EMAIL IT - Open, complete and save the
 entry form. Send the entry form and a copy of the picture as an e-mail attachment.
- IN PERSON - Fill out the entry form. Bring the entry form and a copy of the picture when you attend the next meeting.
Winning
How winner is selected:
Attendees at meetings will be asked to vote on the pictures they like best. Pictures may be judged on cuteness, creativity, artistic photography, or to share the activity idea. Anyone may attend the meeting and thus will be able to vote on the photos.
 Prize for winning:
The prize for winning is the prestige of having your photo featured on the home page of this web site. When a new winner is selected your photo may still appear within the site.
How winner will be notified:
Winners will not be notified. This is to encourage you to visit our site often to see if you’ve won.
